Go online and see loads posted near you. You set your own price on every one — nobody dictates your rate.

Get paid into a wallet

When a load is completed, your earnings are credited to your FleetXchange wallet. No invoicing the client, no waiting on their accounts department.

Weekly withdrawals

Request a withdrawal and it is processed on the weekly payment run. Submit by Wednesday and it goes out on Thursday.

Commission only on work you win

There is no monthly fee and no charge to register. Commission is taken on completed loads.

Build a rating that pays

Deliver well and your rating rises. Higher-rated transporters win more bids, because clients can see the track record.

Take Lite Haul runs in the app for steady local work, or qualify for Heavy Haul and run long-distance and cross-border loads through the portal.

Five steps to your first load

Create your account

Download the app or open the web portal, register with your email, and fill in your personal and business details.

Upload your documents

Vehicle, driver and business documents — the full list is below. Clear photos or scans. Blurry or cropped documents get rejected and slow you down.

We verify you

Our team reviews your file, usually within about 24 hours. If something is missing or unclear we tell you exactly what to re-upload.

Go online and bid

Once approved, set yourself Online and start bidding on loads. Set Busy while you are on a job so you are not offered work you cannot take.

Deliver and get paid

Update the status as you go, complete the delivery, and your earnings land in your wallet.

Registration requirements

The documents you need

Every transporter is verified before carrying a single load — that is what makes clients trust the platform, and it protects you from being undercut by operators who are not compliant. Document names differ from country to country. What matters is that the document proves the same thing, and that it is current.

Vehicle documents

Set A
  • Vehicle registrationProof the vehicle is registered and who the registered owner is. If the vehicle is not in your name, include written authority to operate it.
  • Roadworthiness or fitness certificateWhatever your country issues to confirm the vehicle is fit for the road. Must be current.
  • Vehicle insuranceValid cover for the vehicle while in commercial use.
  • Photos of the vehicleFront, side and the load area or load box, clearly showing the vehicle and its registration plate.

Driver documents

Set B
  • Driver's licenceValid, and the correct class for the vehicle you will operate. Include front and back in the upload.
  • National ID or passportIdentity document for the account holder.
  • Professional driving permitWhere your country requires a professional or public driving permit for goods vehicles.
  • Additional driversIf someone else will drive, their licence and ID too — every driver on the platform is accounted for.

Business documents

Set C
  • Company registration certificateIf you operate as a registered company or close corporation. Sole operators can register as individuals.
  • Tax registrationYour tax number or tax clearance, where applicable in your country.
  • Operator or transport permitWhere goods transport is a licensed activity in the country you operate in.
  • Bank account detailsIn the name of the account holder or the registered company, for withdrawing your earnings.

Cross-border

Set D
  • Cross-border road transport permitThe permit your country and the destination country require for commercial goods transport.
  • Goods-in-transit insuranceCover for the cargo itself, not just the vehicle. Required on most Heavy Haul work.
  • Customs and clearance registrationAny customs codes or registrations you hold for the corridors you run.

Heavy vehicles

Set E
  • Abnormal load permitsWhere you carry over-dimensional or over-mass cargo.
  • Trailer registration and fitnessDocuments for every trailer, not only the horse.
  • Specialised equipment certificationFor tankers, refrigerated units, low-beds, cranes or hazardous goods equipment.

Keeping current

Set F
  • Renewals before expiryUpload the replacement before the old one expires. Expired documents can suspend your account.
  • Adding a vehicleAdding a truck to your fleet means uploading that vehicle's document set too.
  • Changes to your businessTell us if ownership, banking details or company registration change.

Update documents any time from your profile. Re-verification is usually same-day.

Earnings go to your wallet

When a load is completed, the amount you earned is credited to your FleetXchange wallet — not paid out instantly, and not paid by the client directly to you.

Withdrawals run weekly

Submit a withdrawal request by Wednesday and it is processed on Thursday's payment run into your registered bank account.

Card trips settle themselves

When a client pays by card, the commission is already accounted for. Nothing further is owed by you.

Cash trips leave commission owing

If you take cash from the client, the commission on that trip sits against your wallet. It is recovered from later earnings. You only need to top up manually if your wallet goes negative.
