How do I register as a transporter?
Download the app or open the web portal, create an account with your email, and complete your personal and business details. Then upload your documents. Once our team has verified you, you can go online and start bidding.
What documents do I need?
Vehicle documents (registration, roadworthiness or fitness, insurance and vehicle photos), driver documents (licence, national ID or passport, and a professional driving permit where your country requires one) and business documents (company registration if applicable, tax registration, any operator permit and your bank details). Cross-border and Heavy Haul work also needs a cross-border permit and goods-in-transit cover. The full list is on the transporters page.
How long does verification take?
Usually about 24 hours. Clear, complete, unexpired documents are approved fastest. Blurry, cropped or expired uploads get rejected and have to be redone.
How do I get loads?
Set yourself Online in the app. Loads posted near you appear, and you submit your price. If the client accepts your bid, the job is yours. Set yourself Busy while you are on a trip.
How and when do I get paid?
When a load is completed, your earnings are credited to your FleetXchange wallet. You then request a withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed on a weekly run — submit your request by Wednesday and it goes out on Thursday to your registered bank account.
How does commission work?
Commission is charged on completed loads. When a client pays by card, the commission is already accounted for and you owe nothing further. If you take cash from the client, that trip's commission sits against your wallet and is recovered from your later earnings. You only need to top up manually if your wallet goes negative.
What if my documents expire?
Upload the replacement from your profile before the old one expires. Re-verification is usually same-day. Operating on expired documents can get your account suspended.
Can I have more than one vehicle?
Yes, but each vehicle needs its own document set uploaded and verified. If you run a fleet, contact us and we will help you set it up properly.
Can I use other platforms as well?
Yes. Just do not double-book — if you accept a load on FleetXchange, complete it before you take on something else for the same window.
Does a higher rating actually help?
Yes. Clients can see your rating alongside your bid, so a strong delivery record wins you more work. Deliver on time, communicate, and keep the vehicle presentable.
