Verified before they carry
Company, vehicle and driver documents are checked and approved by our team before a transporter can take a single load. Expired documents mean suspension.
Some cargo just needs a van and a driver, now. Some needs permits, border posts and someone watching it the whole way. FleetXchange does both — Lite Haul in the app, Heavy Haul managed by our team.
Verified transporters · Live GPS tracking · Card or cash
The two divisions
The difference is not just size. It is how much of the job you want to run yourself, and how much you want us to run for you.
Self-service. You post the load in the app, nearby transporters bid, you pick one and watch it move. Best for anything a bakkie, van or small truck can carry.
Fully managed. You brief us, we source and vet the transporter, negotiate, coordinate the shipment and handle the paperwork. You get one point of contact and one invoice.
How it works
Same destination, two different journeys. Lite Haul runs itself. Heavy Haul runs through us.
In the app · minutes, not days
Describe the cargo, set pickup and drop-off, add photos if it helps. Takes about a minute.
Verified transporters nearby see your load and send prices.
Compare price, vehicle type and rating. Accept the bid you want.
Follow the driver live and get a status update at every stage.
Card in the app or cash on delivery. The trip closes with a delivery confirmation.
Managed by our team · web portal
Post the load with cargo details, timelines, permits and any documents — packing lists, invoices, photos.
Our team checks the route, the cargo and the paperwork, and comes back to you if anything is missing.
Vetted long-haul transporters bid. They see the route and cargo, not your client list.
We assess price, suitability, permits and track record, then bring you the best options to choose from.
We brief the transporter, manage pickup, transit and border crossings, and keep you updated throughout.
Delivery is confirmed against proof of delivery before any invoice is raised. One invoice, from us.
Joining as a transporter
If you own a bakkie, a van or a truck, you can earn on FleetXchange. Verification is document-based and usually takes about 24 hours. Exact paperwork names differ by country — what matters is that the document proves the same thing.
Moving freight across a border? Heavy Haul transporters also need cross-border permits, goods-in-transit cover and any customs documentation for the corridors they run. We will tell you exactly what is outstanding when we review your file.
Why FleetXchange
Phone calls, WhatsApp groups and guessing where the truck is — that is what we replaced.
Company, vehicle and driver documents are checked and approved by our team before a transporter can take a single load. Expired documents mean suspension.
Live GPS on the trip plus a status update at every stage — on the way, at pickup, loading, in transit, at the border, delivered.
Pay by card through the platform, or cash on delivery for Lite Haul. Heavy Haul settles on invoice against approved proof of delivery.
Earnings are credited to a FleetXchange wallet when the load is completed. Withdrawals are processed weekly — no chasing clients for money.
Goods-in-transit cover can be applied to a trip so the cargo is not riding on a handshake.
Documents, messages, statuses, proof of delivery and invoices all sit against the load. Nothing lives in someone's WhatsApp.
The app
Post a load, take bids, track the driver and pay — all from the FleetXchange app. Free to download, free to post. Transporters use the same app to go online and start bidding.
Heavy Haul is handled in the web portal, not the app.
Cargo, pickup, drop-off, and a photo if it helps a transporter price it properly.
Price, vehicle, and the transporter's rating — side by side.
GPS on the map, plus a notification at every status change.
Card in the app, or cash to the driver on delivery.
Where we move
Lite Haul runs inside and between the towns and cities we cover — Gaborone, Mogoditshane, Molepolole, Lobatse, Francistown, Maun, Kasane and the routes between them. Heavy Haul runs the long corridors: Gaborone–Johannesburg, Botswana–Zimbabwe, Botswana–Zambia, and the Walvis Bay and Durban port routes, with border and customs coordination handled by our team.
Post a load in the app for Lite Haul, or brief our team for a managed Heavy Haul shipment. Transporters — sign up, upload your documents and start bidding.
