By accessing and using FleetXchange services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
What we provide
FleetXchange provides digital freight coordination services across Southern Africa, connecting shippers with verified transporters for cargo movement. We act as a coordination platform and facilitate communication between parties.
Your obligations as a user
Financial arrangements
Payment terms are agreed upon between parties. FleetXchange facilitates coordination but is not responsible for payment disputes between shippers and transporters. All financial transactions should be documented and agreed upon in writing.
Platform responsibilities
FleetXchange acts as a coordination platform. We are not liable for cargo damage, loss, delays, or disputes arising from freight services. Users should maintain appropriate insurance. We do not guarantee the performance of third-party transporters.
Account suspension and closure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support.
Updates and modifications
FleetXchange may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
Legal jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa and applicable international freight regulations. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
